Fix tests for Wiki::Toolkit::Plugin::Diff

VCS::Lite version 0.08 introduced different handling of newlines. This has broken the tests in CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Diff. Ivor appraised Dominic of this when the module was migrated to Wiki::Toolkit.

The failing tests have been made TODO.

This different behaviour may result in different output strings - but these look the same in HTML as newlines are ignored by browsers.
